Flame Beast: Arrow Beast Soul.
Han Sen looked at the Fire Beast's type and was delighted. He was very good with bows and arrows, and he did not expect the first beast soul in the Third God's Sanctuary to be an arrow.
It was a shame he did not have a bow, but that would be easy. If he returned to the Alliance, he could get his hands on an alloy bow.
Qu Lanxi was shocked to see a primitive creature with three gene locks open so easily defeated. Han Sen and the wind beast's teamwork was perfect, and it was hard to believe the wind beast had only been tamed for two months.
In fact, Han Sen was already used to working with the silver fox. When it came to fighting together with creatures, Han Sen had plenty of experience.
Plus, Han Sen was very good with the Dongxuan Sutra. He was good with the wind beast, but he wasn't as good at taming it. Little Wind Wind wasn't as good as the silver fox, so there was still a lot of training to be done.
"Are we going back?"
Qu Lanxi asked, looking at the body of the Fire Beast. She thought it was a good thing to be able to hunt a primitive creature.
"Let's go inside and take a look."
Han Sen did not want to go back, though. The Fire Beast was too big, and there was only one of it. Bringing it back would not give them many primitive geno points.
Little Wind Wind was not going to be polite. It jumped on the fire beast and started to eat. Han Sen shouted and told Little Wind Wind to fall back. Then, he cut a piece of meat and put it in his bag. He left the rest for Little Wind Wind to eat.
Although he gave it most of the meat, he did not want to lose his authority as a leader. If he did, Little Wind would become more and more disobedient. It might even challenge his authority.
Qu Lanxi saw that most of the meat had been eaten by Little Wind, and she thought it was a shame. But she also knew that if they were to continue, they would not be able to carry such a large prey.
Seeing Little Wind gobble up the food, Han Sen told Qu Lanxi, "Get rid of the smell of blood, in case it attracts other creatures."
Unlike the other two God's Sanctuaries, many creatures in the Third God's Sanctuary knew how to eat. The process of unlocking their gene locks was something every creature had to go through.
"It is gone," Qu Lanxi answered.
Han Sen nodded. Qu Lanxi's power was very useful, as she had been. Otherwise, they would have run into a lot of trouble in the forest. He had made the right decision in bringing her along.
After Little Wind Wind finished eating the meat, the two of them continued on their journey. After walking for a while, Han Sen was about to continue walking forward. Little Wind Wind sat there and called out twice, refusing to move forward.
"Could it be that there is some kind of danger ahead?"
Han Sen tried to walk in another direction. Little Wind Wind got up and followed him. It seemed that it was very afraid of the previous direction.
Han Sen had brought Little Wind Wind for this very reason, and he was very pleased with its performance.
"Wait a minute. The smell here is very confusing. I can detect the scent of many different creatures. There are many creatures in this area." Qu Lanxi stopped walking again.
"Can you tell what kind of creatures they are?" Han Sen asked.

Qu Lanxi said, "Fourteen of them are ordinary creatures, and seven are ordinary creatures. The tree crabs are ordinary creatures."
"You can tell?" Han Sen looked at her with surprise.
"Creatures of different levels have different scents, but you need to compare them. If it was a creature I had never seen before, I wouldn't be able to tell its level," Qu Lanxi explained.
The two of them slowed down and walked forward. Before long, they saw a plate-sized crab with a blue carapace, huge pincers, and sharp claws. It was climbing up the treetop. The crab's pincers grabbed a fruit and stuffed it into its mouth, causing the fruit's flesh to fly everywhere.
"The tree crab's shell is very hard. Its only weakness is its mouth," Qu Lanxi said.
Han Sen nodded. He did not ask Little Wind Wind to kill it, though. Instead, he summoned a Flaming Beast Arrow. A burning metal arrow fell into Han Sen's hands.
Han Sen held the arrow as if it were a javelin. He stared at the tree crab, and when it was halfway down the tree, he threw the Flaming Beast Arrow at it.
The arrow flew through the air, heading straight for the tree crab. The tree crab noticed the arrow, and it reached out with its pincers. It was fast and accurate, and it was going to catch the arrow.
But who would have thought that the Fire Arrow would spin in the air and dodge the claws of the tree crab. It pierced into the tree crab's mouth and drilled in like a drill.
The tree crab screamed and fell from the tree. It struggled for a while, and then stopped moving.
"Ordinary Creature Tree Crab killed. No beast soul gained. Consume its flesh to gain zero to ten ordinary geno points randomly."
Han Sen picked up the tree crab, and Qu Lanxi was frozen. She looked at Han Sen with disbelief and asked, "You really just became a surpasser?
You are a bit too strong, aren't you? "
"My fitness is better than most people." Han Sen smiled, but he did not explain. He continued to walk with Little Wind Wind.
There were many tree crabs there, and after two miles, Han Sen had killed eight of them. He put them all in his pocket and kept on walking.
But strangely enough, he did not see any wild geno plants along the way.
"Are the wild geno plants all eaten by creatures?" Han Sen wondered.
"Something is wrong," Qu Lanxi said with a frown.
"What is wrong?"
He thought Qu Lanxi had discovered that he had been absorbing the energy of a wild geno plant, and he was taken aback.
"I can smell a lot of iron bugs, but we haven't seen a single one along the way. Something must be wrong," Qu Lanxi said, with a serious look on her face.
"When did the iron bugs pass by here?" Han Sen asked with a frown.
"There were a lot of iron bugs here yesterday," Qu Lanxi said, looking around.
